We seek a candidate with experience in premium-quality construction, accustomed to demanding environments, and capable of ensuring flawless execution. **Main Responsibilities** * Organization and supervision of on-site construction works. * Coordination of in-house teams and subcontractors. * Control of execution, quality, and adherence to deadlines. * Layout and progress monitoring according to drawings. * Supervision of finishes and details in high-exigency projects. * Control of materials, productivity, and daily planning. * Implementation and monitoring of safety regulations and Occupational Risk Prevention (ORP). * Resolution of technical issues on site. Requirements * Experience as a Construction Site Manager in **retail, luxury, or high-finish projects**. * Experience managing teams and coordinating subcontractors. * Strong orientation toward quality and constructive detail. * Training in **ORP 60h (Preventive Resource)**. * Availability to work nationwide. * Valid Class B driver's license. * Problem-solving, organized, and leadership-oriented profile on site.
