Production Operator

Description

A position is offered at a company in Daimiel dedicated to manufacturing components for the renewable energy sector. Main tasks within the production team include molding parts, demolding once the material has set, sanding to smooth surfaces, and painting for protection and finishing. Each person receives an initial one-week training program combining theory, hands-on practice, and occupational risk prevention, facilitating rapid and safe integration. Work is carried out in 12-hour rotating shifts, alternating between day shift (7:00–19:00) and night shift (19:00–7:00). Scheduling is stable: during the first week, five consecutive days are worked with rest on Wednesday and Thursday; during the second week, only two days are worked with five days of rest—allowing extended recovery periods. A temporary contract is offered, extendable based on performance and production needs, with an annual gross salary of 25\.023 euros. Prior experience in industrial environments and ability to work effectively in a team are valued. The position requires commitment to safety and quality standards, flexibility to adapt to shift changes, as well as autonomy and attention to detail under supervision. Candidates must be available for immediate start and reside in the area or be able to commute. Previous experience in industrial or manufacturing production environments, willingness to work 12-hour rotating shifts, ability to perform repetitive manual tasks accurately, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards. Familiarity with molding, sanding, and painting processes, as well as good physical condition for handling materials, is advantageous. Punctuality and teamwork commitment are required.
