As a Production Operator, we expect you to identify non-conformities and take action on them, propose improvement ideas, and actively apply lean tools—and above all, maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic and ever-changing environment. **Your Responsibilities:** Operate various product packaging stages. Perform format changes at workstations, parameter assignments, and self-maintenance tasks. Complete activity logs, inspection records, test reports, work orders, production reports, etc. **What do you need to join the team?** Vocational Training Certificate in Mechanical Manufacturing (CFGM) or in Pharmaceutical Product Manufacturing (CFGS), or equivalent. Experience in manufacturing environments, preferably on high-speed lines.
