Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Machine Operator to operate, supervise, perform basic maintenance on, and clean industrial machinery, as well as monitor production parameters and report incidents. Possibility of an indefinite-term contract Staff is required for the position of Production Machine Operator in the Guareña area, Badajoz. Responsibilities include operating and supervising industrial machinery, monitoring production parameters, performing basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment. Additionally, the role involves identifying and reporting incidents while strictly adhering to established safety and hygiene regulations. A Medium or Higher Vocational Training qualification in Electricity and Electronics—or a similar qualification—is required, along with at least one year of prior experience in a comparable position. Knowledge in mechanics, electricity, or automation will be valued, as will residence near the workplace and a proactive, dynamic attitude. The contract will initially be temporary for six months, extendable by another six months, with the possibility of conversion to an indefinite-term contract. Full-time employment with rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) is expected. Salary will comply with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
