At **AIRTIFICIAL A\&D**, we seek to hire two interns currently pursuing undergraduate studies in **Industrial Organization Engineering** or a related master's program, with enthusiasm for learning and professional development within a dynamic and innovative work environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
---------------------------------
During the internship, the student will collaborate on the following activities:
* Support production tracking on the shop floor, including participation in reviewing production planning, timing, and potential incidents.
* Assist in analyzing production processes, identifying, together with the team, opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and organization.
* Support shop-floor teams in coordinating operational tasks and resolving day-to-day issues.
* Collect and analyze production data using tools such as Excel, Power BI, or SAP, contributing to report preparation.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization, proposing ideas within a learning- and development-oriented environment.
All activities will be conducted under the supervision of a mentor who will guide the intern’s learning process.
### **Required Qualifications**
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Technologies Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related master’s program.
* Academic background in Production Control, Plant Engineering, or similar fields.
* SAP knowledge is desirable.
* Proficiency in Excel or Power BI usage and programming will also be valued.
* Strong motivation to learn, proactivity, and ability to work effectively in a team.
