ONCOLOGY PATIENT CAREGIVER AT HOME Grans i Xiquets is seeking a professional to provide care for an oncology patient at home in Valencia. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 2 years of experience caring for oncology patients. * Demonstrable experience in home-based care. * Formal qualification related to sociosanitary care, nursing assistant, or equivalent. * Valid documentation permitting employment in Spain. * Availability for full-time work. * Availability to perform rotating shifts. * Ability to coordinate effectively with the patient’s family and professional team. * Responsible, committed individual with respectful and compassionate conduct toward the patient. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES * Comprehensive care and support for the patient at home. * Personal hygiene and grooming assistance. * Support with basic daily living activities. * Patient mobilization and repositioning. * Daytime companionship and supervision. * Monitoring the patient’s condition and evolving needs. * Reporting any relevant changes to the coordination team. * Adherence to guidelines established by responsible healthcare professionals.
