This is a fundamental task for ensuring smooth operations throughout the plant, guaranteeing uninterrupted workflow and adherence to production line schedules. In addition to stacking products, this position includes inspecting packaging to detect any possible defects or damage before shipment. Basic quality tests are also conducted to ensure that all items leaving the end of the process meet expected standards. This is a temporary contract requiring high levels of attention and strict adherence to safety regulations. Shifts are rotating, covering mornings, afternoons, and nights; therefore, the ability to adapt to varying schedules according to daily production needs is essential. Maintaining order in the work area and keeping accurate records of tasks performed are key to success in this role. Primary education, 1 year of prior experience in palletizing, knowledge of depalletizing, possession of personal vehicle, full availability for rotating shifts, and immediate availability to start.
