




Job Summary: Support the design, execution, and implementation of new ECI and perfumery installations, coordinating merchandising and ensuring brand image consistency across points of sale. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support in the design and implementation of ECI and perfumery installations. 2. Responsible for store image and merchandising coordination at points of sale. 3. Budget control and administrative task tracking. * Support in the design, execution, and implementation of new ECI and perfumery installations for brands (merchandising, local production, control, supervision, coordination, and accounting processes). * Participation in the coordination and tracking of lightbox changes in ECI stores and perfumeries, in collaboration with various suppliers—especially during product launches. * Responsible for ongoing merchandising forecasting (refurbishment) for brands, and monitoring stock status and local production of merchandising elements. * Responsible for local production and deployment of merchandising elements. * Support in selecting point-of-sale locations. * Liaison with regional VM departments for strategic brand projects—particularly new product launches. * Oversight of the overall VM budget integrated into the brands’ P&L. * Tracking of administrative tasks within the department. * Primary contact with the coordination department for incident resolution and follow-up in perfumeries and ECIs. * Maintenance of the brand installation archive. * Lightbox changes in perfumeries/ECIs aligned with product launches. * Control and installation of VM elements in perfumeries. * Responsible for point-of-sale image. * Track all openings across the four brands; liaise with regional and global teams to manage these opening processes. * English * Proficiency in computer tools and Microsoft Office suite * Organizational skills
