DESCRIPTION We are hiring! \- OPERATIONAL FLEET MANAGER ROR is seeking an Operational Fleet Manager to work at our center located in Abrera (Barcelona). Responsibilities: * Coordination and execution of internal vehicle movements. * Coordination, execution, and follow-up of ITV inspections. * Coordination of vehicle entries and exits at internal and external workshops. * Parking management and control. * Coordination and follow-up of internal and external car washes. * Management and follow-up of incidents related to the fleet. * Conducting driver skill tests and initial driver checks. * Preparation of a daily report on parked vehicles, requirements, and incidents. * Support in other operational tasks within the department. Requirements: * C+E driving license, mandatory requirement. * Prior experience in fleet management, transportation, industrial vehicle maintenance, or similar operational roles. * Basic knowledge of industrial vehicle mechanics. * Availability to participate in roadside assistance on-call shifts. * Organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to coordinate with drivers, workshops, and suppliers.
