The company provides services in new construction, rehabilitation, and renovations—primarily of single-family homes with luxury finishes. We seek an experienced, autonomous, and site-leadership-capable **Construction First-Class Skilled Worker**. **Responsibilities** * Performing masonry work on new construction and rehabilitation projects (partition walls, plastering, tiling, flooring, layout marking). * Formwork, flooring, pavement leveling, cladding, and stonemasonry work. * Interpretation of blueprints and quantity take-offs. * Organization and supervision of laborers and lower-tier skilled workers. * Operation of trade-specific tools and machinery. * Compliance with occupational safety and health regulations. Requirements * Minimum 5 years’ experience as a First-Class Skilled Worker in construction or renovation. * Proficiency in masonry and finishing work. * Ability to work autonomously. * Knowledge of blueprint interpretation. * 20-hour or 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) course specific to construction. * Valid Class B1 driver’s license. * Preferred: Working-at-heights training and Mobile Elevating Work Platform (MEWP) certification.
