Responsibilities: · Ensure guest satisfaction by delivering excellent service · Enhance guest experience creation by managing complaints, incidents, preferences, and tastes · Prepare and organize table service, collaborating on buffet setup, service, and breakdown · Conduct proper service closing, leaving assigned areas clean and tidy, and reporting any pending issues to the manager · Monitor and inspect inventory, performing stock checks of dining room supplies and beverages · Maintain direct communication with the kitchen before, during, and after service Conditions: · Salary according to collective agreement + Night shift allowance + Tips · Temporary contract for 6 months + possibility of conversion to permanent · Professional development plan within Nobu Hospitality Employment Type: Full-time Salary: €24,000.00–€25,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
