**Objective**

**NIGHT SHIFT MEDIATOR, FULL-TIME, MONDAY TO SUNDAY, 10 PM TO 8 AM, WITH 3\*3 ROTATIONS. INDEFINITE CONTRACT, VIGO CENTER (PONTEVEDRA), WITH OCCASIONAL TRAVEL TO OTHER CENTERS.**
**The person responsible for Night Shift Reception carries out functions focused on basic care for residents, activation, supervision, and ensuring continuity of the center/device’s daily activities.**
Reporting directly to the Center Coordinator, the selected candidate will be responsible for the following duties:
* Access control to centers/devices and supervision of space usage to ensure order and proper functioning of the center: including bedrooms, restrooms, indoor common areas, as well as entry and exit doors.
* Logistical Support and Maintenance: responsible for monitoring the general condition of facilities and assisting in basic cleaning and preparation tasks.
* Material Management: monitoring stock levels, making appropriate deliveries, and providing usage recommendations to residents.
* Shift handover reporting with the afternoon shift regarding the dining area, to ensure correct preparation of requested picnic meals and communication of incidents.
* Management of cohabitation relationships and conflict prevention: ensuring compliance with the Internal Regulations, promoting communication among residents to resolve incidents.
* Accompaniment and support in managing residents’ medication.
Regarding the center/device’s technical team:
* Coordination with other Reception Technicians to maintain a consistent intervention approach, make joint decisions, establish priorities, etc.
* Reporting relevant incidents or emergent individual or group situations (e.g., absences, discomfort of a resident, conflicts, etc.) to the coordinator and the rest of the technical team.
* Performing tasks delegated by the center coordination within their scope of competence: document scanning, justification, list review, preparation of reception documentation, etc.
**Profile:**
* Higher vocational training, medium-level vocational training, or equivalent academic qualification in social or humanities fields related to socio-healthcare (social education, social integration, intercultural mediation, sociocultural animation, or equivalent).
* Training and/or experience working with migrant populations.
* Training and/or experience in mediation and conflict resolution using tools specific to the transcultural approach.
* Training and/or experience in family foster care.
* Experience working in interdisciplinary teams.
* Valid driver’s license.
VALUABLE ASSETS
* Experience in residential resource interventions
* Prior experience in managing financial aid.
* Training and/or experience in direct individual and group care for groups of people facing particular vulnerability.
* Flexible availability regarding working hours.
