Multiskilled Maintenance Technician

We are seeking to hire a First-Class Technician with expertise in Electricity and HVAC for facility maintenance covering HVAC, electricity, fire protection systems (PCI), control and automation at a shopping center. * Working hours: Rotating morning (7:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.) and afternoon (2:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.) shifts, including two Saturdays per month and certain Sundays and public holidays annually. Responsibilities * Execute the preventive maintenance plan for assigned facilities within the specialties of low-voltage electricity (electrical installations and related equipment) and HVAC. * Measure parameters and perform functional and regulatory tests and verifications on facilities to assess and adjust their operation; locate and diagnose malfunctions of equipment and facility components using appropriate tools and established procedures while ensuring required safety standards. * Perform corrective maintenance tasks on facilities under your responsibility; repair, maintain and replace equipment and components in facilities, ensuring quality, safety and environmental respect to guarantee or restore operational conditions. * Carry out maintenance operations and associated service tasks. * Operate the Building Management System (BMS) control station by reviewing facility operating parameters and correctly interpreting alarms and corresponding corrective actions. * Understand the core responsibilities of the role and operational protocols for fault and emergency situations.
