Job Description What your day will look like: * You will handle guest check-in/check-out, manage reservations, and provide customer service—the essentials of any front desk! * You will conduct the nightly audit and monitor daily billing, so you must be organized and responsible. * You will deliver exceptional service during every guest interaction and proactively address guest-related situations by providing solutions that meet their needs. * You will proudly communicate the hotel’s storytelling, seek sales opportunities, and deliver a personalized guest experience. * You will work rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, with two days off per week. * Shifts include: Morning, Breakfast, Afternoon, and Night—each consisting of eight consecutive hours. Requirements What we’re looking for: * A customer-service-oriented personality is essential; prior experience in this field would be great—but not mandatory! * Strong communication skills.
