Indefinite-term employment contract with a three-month probationary period. Full-time schedule. Working hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00–14:00 and 16:00–20:00. Requirements * Qualification: Not required * Preferred: Prior experience in customer service (in-person, telephone, email, and WhatsApp) will be valued. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward daily tasks and needs will be highly valued. Ability to work collaboratively and maintain an organized approach in daily operations. Proficiency in Spanish is essential. Knowledge of Catalan and English will be considered an asset. * Technical Requirements: Technically oriented profile, curious and interested in hardware functionality. Strong interest in the field of technology. Prior experience repairing mobile devices, including microsoldering and IC replacement. Methodical, responsible individual with analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
