Job Summary: Manages materials for visual and promotional elements, coordinating production, suppliers, and controlling quality and delivery timelines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team support and analysis for new ideas This position offers an indefinite-term, full-time contract and is located in Sant Cugat del Vallès. The role involves managing all materials required for visual and promotional elements across various stores. You will be responsible for receiving production requests, processing them, and ensuring each order has the appropriate resources to be executed successfully. This includes identifying and selecting suppliers, as well as reviewing budgets to ensure alignment. Additionally, you will monitor delivery timelines and supervise quality standards at retail points. You will also provide daily support to the store opening team and analyze collaborators’ work to identify new ideas. This is a role requiring data organization and report preparation to support decision-making. Bachelor’s degree or higher in sales management, commerce, marketing, design, or graphic production. Minimum one year of prior experience in support, production coordination, shipping, or material assembly. Solid knowledge of Excel and proficiency with graphic design tools such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Ability to review budgets and track orders.
