Our spa serves national and international clients of medium\-to\-high socioeconomic status; therefore, service standards and professional autonomy are fundamental. We seek an experienced **Massage Therapist**, with proven experience in 4\*/5\* environments and the ability to deliver personalized, high\-end experiences. **JOB MISSION** Ensure an outstanding wellness experience by tailoring each treatment to the client’s individual needs while maintaining the resort’s quality standards. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Perform relaxing, decontracting, and deep tissue massages. * Apply manual techniques adapted to each client. * Personalize treatments based on prior assessment. * Prepare and maintain treatment cabins according to professional standards. * Provide autonomous, professional service to international clients. **REQUIREMENTS** Accredited training in manual therapy, therapeutic massage, or a related field. Minimum 2\-3 years’ experience in spas, 4\*/5\* hotels, or high\-end wellness centers. A high level of English proficiency is essential (screening will occur from the outset). French and/or German language skills are considered an asset. Availability to work weekends.
