Job Summary: We are seeking a mason-painter to perform interior and exterior painting work, basic masonry tasks, surface preparation, and application of coatings. Key Highlights: 1. Performing interior and exterior painting work on various properties. 2. Carrying out basic masonry tasks and structural maintenance. 3. Applying paint and coatings, with operation of tools and machinery. We are seeking a mason\-painter to carry out interior and exterior painting work in homes, commercial premises, and buildings in Monforte de Lemos. Tasks include surface preparation through sanding, scraping, cleaning, and application of primers, as well as applying paint, enamels, varnishes, and coatings using manual tools and specialized machinery. **Basic masonry tasks are also required:** plastering, tiling, bricklaying, crack repair and minor renovations, as well as maintenance of walls, ceilings, and façades. Erecting and dismantling scaffolding, protecting work areas, handling materials and trade-specific tools, and complying with occupational safety and risk prevention regulations are mandatory. Maintaining organization and cleanliness of the worksite, as well as coordinating with other professionals, forms part of daily responsibilities. The contract is permanent, full-time, with an annual salary ranging between 20\.000 and 25\.000 euros.
