MAITRE FOR CATERING

Description

We are seeking a Maître with extensive experience in the catering and event organization sector. The selected candidate will lead the front-of-house service, coordinate the human resources team, and serve as the client's point of reference for quality and protocol, guaranteeing excellence at every event. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES * Management and supervision of front-of-house service across all types of events. * Coordination and management of waitstaff and auxiliary personnel. * Direct liaison with the client during the event to ensure satisfaction. * Coordination with kitchen, logistics, and production teams to ensure proper service execution. * Monitoring of materials, equipment, and hygiene in compliance with APPCC regulations. REQUIRED PROFILE * Minimum 3\-4 years of experience as a Maître, preferably within catering or event companies. * Leadership and team management capabilities in high-pressure environments. * Proficiency in social and corporate event protocol. * Availability to work at external locations and in variable environments. * Valid driver's license class B.
