Today, we operate with headquarters in Málaga and two production centers — Puente Genil and Navarrés — supplying large-scale distribution with end-to-end solutions, from raw materials to ready-to-enjoy products. **Job Description** -------------------------- **Responsibilities and Duties** --------------------------------- We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the availability and reliability of process machinery and auxiliary plant services. Your objective will be to keep production running safely, with quality and hygiene, in a demanding industrial environment focused on operational excellence. * You will execute assigned work orders and maintenance procedures, accurately documenting interventions and reporting incidents to the Maintenance Manager. * You will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial process equipment and auxiliary systems (e.g., air compressors, refrigeration units, diesel generators, fire protection systems), responding promptly to contingencies that may affect personnel, facilities, or production continuity. * You will ensure smooth information handover during shift changes, guaranteeing continuity of both operations and maintenance planning. * You will ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)/Hygiene, Quality, and Food Safety standards, including prerequisite programs (PRPs) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP), as well as waste management within the maintenance area. * You will coordinate external contractors’ activities and, when required, supervise specialists on shift to ensure adherence to technical standards and documentation availability. Who you’ll work with: You will closely collaborate with Production (mixing, baking, laminating, packaging), the Shift Supervisor, Line Operators, the Maintenance team, and your direct manager. Coordination and communication are essential to meeting deadlines and quality standards.
