This position is located within the Urban Services area, which specializes in maintaining urban infrastructure—including public roads, facilities, green spaces—as well as installing and operating building technologies. What will you do on a daily basis? * Supervise team work, providing necessary instructions to correct potential deviations. * Carry out building maintenance tasks. * Complete production, quality, and attendance documentation and forms. * Monitor quality standards defined in processes and execution. * Train the team under your supervision. * Ensure compliance with the service’s Safety Plan. * Supervise and coordinate subcontracted companies providing service. * Organize and allocate personnel and machinery. What are we looking for? * Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Maintenance Supervisor, ideally in urban maintenance services or similar. * Experience in maintenance services related to water management or distribution, sewerage, etc. * Valid driver’s license. * Strong organizational, planning, and management skills.
