Description

The machine operator is responsible for ensuring the optimal and continuous operation of machinery on assigned production lines. Their primary duties involve supervising and operating equipment during manufacturing and packaging processes, guaranteeing compliance with quality, efficiency, and safety standards at all times. Tasks include startup, parameter adjustment, and controlled shutdown of systems, as well as executing format changes according to the production plan requirements. A fundamental part of this role is continuously verifying proper equipment operation by performing visual inspections and monitoring performance indicators to anticipate potential failures or deviations. This position is critical to maintaining industrial area productivity, minimizing unplanned downtime, and ensuring a smooth workflow that meets the company's established volume and quality targets.
