**Continuous Improvement and New Projects Manager (Logistics)**

**This position is for you.**
We are looking for someone to lead **Lean Continuous Improvement** across our logistics operations and actively participate in strategic projects, working side-by-side with teams and Management.
**What will be your challenge?**
* Implement the **Continuous Improvement model (Lean Logistics)** across our logistics centers.
* Standardize processes and ensure common best practices.
* Lead improvement projects with tangible impact on **service, quality, and productivity.**
* Support teams in developing a **Lean and customer-oriented culture.**
* Provide support to new projects and the Logistics PMO.
**What will you do on a day-to-day basis?**
* Analyze logistics processes (receiving, storage, picking, and shipping).
* Identify waste and improvement opportunities.
* Document processes and define operational standards.
* Coordinate cross-functional teams and track action plans.
* Measure results and ensure improvements are effectively implemented ✅

**Requirements:**

**What are we looking for in you?**
* \+3 years of experience in logistics or operational environments.
* Experience participating in Lean implementations or continuous improvement projects.
* Practical knowledge of warehouse operations.
* University degree in Engineering, Logistics, Industrial Organization, or related field.
* Lean, Kaizen, 5S, or VSM training is a plus.
