Dress to live, dress to last. **Job Description: Warehouse Assistant** You will become part of Silbon’s logistics team, supporting daily operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our internal processes. **Contract and Working Hours: Full Transparency** We aim to be honest with you from the very beginning, because we believe trust is built this way. **Your base contract is for 30 hours per week** — a schedule that, during lower-activity months, offers flexibility to organize your time, rest, and enjoy life outside the store. But Silbon is a living brand, with real seasonal peaks. During the other half of the year—sales periods, launch campaigns, new store openings, and sales spikes—your working hours may extend to full-time. This means greater presence, stronger teamwork, and increased compensation. **Key Responsibilities:** * Assembling, disassembling, and internally transporting structures, materials, and equipment within logistics areas. * Supporting the production and operations team in coordinating and managing goods logistics and internal events. * Handling, organizing, and monitoring inventory. * Preparing orders and arranging materials according to established protocols. * Receiving, labeling, and placing merchandise. * Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in logistics, warehousing, event setup, or similar roles. * Good physical condition and ability to perform tasks involving manual lifting. * Responsible, organized attitude and strong orientation toward teamwork. * Flexible availability (including weekends and public holidays, as required by operational needs). * A valid driver’s license and geographical mobility are considered advantageous. **We Offer:** * Joining a company undergoing rapid expansion within the premium fashion sector. * Part-time employment contract. * A young, dynamic, and professional environment offering genuine growth opportunities. * Continuous training and professional development. * Salary commensurate with level of responsibility.
