This opportunity may be right for you! **Why this position?** Your work will involve ensuring hygiene, order, and good condition of accommodations, facilities, and common buildings, guaranteeing that installations maintain the quality standard defining Grupo Blasi and that visitors enjoy a comfortable and pleasant experience. **Responsibilities you will carry out** * Clean and disinfect common bathrooms and toilets (including toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, and walls). * Restock essential supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and paper towels. * Clean and disinfect shower and washing areas, ensuring they are free from mold, fungi, and dirt buildup. * Clean other indoor common areas: tables, chairs, handrails, counters, and other frequently touched surfaces. * Ensure proper availability of supplies across all areas. * Comply with current health, hygiene, and safety regulations. * Respond politely and efficiently to user questions and needs, reporting any incidents or complaints to the supervision team. * Collect and hand over to supervision any forgotten items. * Perform any other cleaning- or maintenance-related tasks arising from operational needs.
