***Your Mission in This Role***
As part of our technical team, your role will be pivotal in both new product research and development, as well as quality support and process optimization—ensuring the successful transition from laboratory to large-scale production.
***Your Key Responsibilities***
**Research, Development and Formulation (R\+D):**
* Design, formulate, and oversee laboratory testing programs aimed at improving or creating new products.
* Define test programs (objectives, types of measurements, and required equipment) and conduct competitive analysis.
* Lead product development projects under standard supervision and critically evaluate final results.
**Industrial Scale-Up and Production:**
* Lead industrialization and scale-up of formulations through **pilot-scale** trials, adjusting parameters and raw materials to ensure final quality at full scale.
* Provide direct on-site support to production, resolving manufacturing process issues and supervising initial production runs.
**Quality and Customer Support:**
* Review customer quality complaints, perform corresponding laboratory analyses, and propose timely corrective actions.
* Ensure new formulations and methodologies strictly comply with product specifications and current regulatory requirements.
* Collaborate closely with the commercial department and other internal teams to provide comprehensive technical support.
***What Profile Are We Looking For?***
* **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering.
* **Experience:** Prior experience in industrial laboratory environments is highly desirable—preferably within the chemical, pigment, coating, or advanced materials sectors.
* **Skills:** Strong organizational ability, rigor in handling data and results, attention to detail, and a solution-oriented mindset when addressing issues.
* Proactivity and excellent communication skills to interact effectively with production and the commercial team.
