We are a grill restaurant located in the La Joyosa service area. At **Postas de la Joyosa**, we pride ourselves on offering close, high-quality service to our customers. We are looking for a kitchen assistant to cover a temporary absence, with potential future incorporation into our permanent staff. We currently have a team of 20 employees. Would you like to join our family? You will be responsible for food preparation and kitchen maintenance. We seek an organized individual capable of working in a team and possessing basic knowledge of food handling and kitchen care. **WHAT WILL BE YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES?** * Preparation of food for consumption or cooking. * Washing dishes and disinfecting kitchen utensils. * Assisting in organizing kitchen utensils and equipment. * Supporting additional tasks as required by the kitchen team. * Maintaining cleanliness and order in the dining area and workplace. **WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?** * At least 6 months – 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry. * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends. * Proactive attitude and strong communication skills. * Ability to work collaboratively and remain calm during peak demand periods. * Personal vehicle available for commuting to the workplace. **WHAT DO WE OFFER?** * Salary, incentives, and general conditions according to the applicable collective agreement. * Temporary replacement contract with rotating shifts, with potential transition to a permanent position. * Discounts across all our brands and establishments. * Staff meals included. * Salary: 18\.000€ \- 21\.000€ Gross/year Position type: Full-time Work location: On-site employment
