Job Summary: We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant with experience in collective catering to provide kitchen support, organize the dining service, and collaborate with the chef. Key Highlights: 1. DO YOU WANT TO BE PART OF OUR MISSION?** **We are seeking a Kitchen Assistant with experience in collective catering.** The selected candidate will provide support both in the kitchen and in the overall organization of the dining service, contributing to the smooth daily operation of the center. **Main Responsibilities:** * Provide morning kitchen support prior to service. * Assist with basic preparation tasks, such as washing, cutting, and peeling fruits, vegetables, and greens. * Collaborate with the chef on simple preparations, side dishes, and menu complements. * Support the Kitchen Manager in supervising a team of 4 people (depending on the center). * Support cleaning and organization of the dining area. * Carry out cleaning tasks across various kitchen areas, equipment, utensils, and tableware. * Transport and store raw materials and supplies used in the kitchen and pantry. * Sort and manage waste. * Ensure order and proper organization of workspaces. **Working Hours:** * Intensive morning\-midday shift * Monday to Friday **Requirements:** * Prior kitchen experience, especially valuable in **collective catering**. * Ability to supervise and coordinate a small team. * Organized, solution-oriented individual accustomed to teamwork. **Work Location:** Barcelona \- On-site employment Position Type: Full-time Salary: €21,000.00\-€22,000.00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
