Continuous on-the-job training We are recruiting an **IT Project Manager** (m/f/d) to strengthen our team in Madrid, with the possibility of hybrid working arrangements. **What we are looking for:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technologies or equivalent (mandatory); * Minimum 2 years of experience as a Linux or Windows systems administrator; * Minimum 1 year of experience coordinating and managing teams, vendors, or projects; * Advanced experience with office productivity systems and domain-specific services; * Experience in one or more of the following areas: Oracle, Citrix, VMware, Storage (Hitachi), Backup (Veritas) (desirable); * Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume service enterprises, results-oriented and accustomed to 24x7 environments and weekend interventions; * Knowledge of PMP and ITIL (desirable); * Willingness to undertake occasional travel; * English fluency at B2 level (desirable). **What we offer:** * Flexibility in work arrangements (remote work); * Participation in innovative, internationally scaled technology projects; * Dynamic work environment; * Continuous on-the-job training; * Compensation commensurate with proven experience.
