Job Summary: PoceMAD is seeking young internship talent to train in the management of sewerage, unclogging, and renovation projects, with real prospects of being hired as a Sales Technician. At **PoceMAD**, we are an established and leading company in the sewerage, unclogging, and comprehensive renovation sector across the Community of Madrid. We are currently looking to integrate young talent into our team. If you are pursuing or have recently completed vocational training (in Building Construction or Civil Engineering) or a technical course in construction or construction project management, and wish to move beyond theory to learn how real construction projects are managed from start to finish, this is your opportunity! **Your day-to-day responsibilities** You will learn by working side-by-side with our technical and sales team. You will not be doing photocopying—you will gain hands-on experience in real tasks: * **Preparation of estimates:** Learning how to measure, assess, and draft estimates for sanitation and renovation projects. * **Technical site visits:** Accompanying clients to their facilities to analyze issues and collect data. * **Customer management:** Handling phone inquiries, resolving questions, and following up commercially on submitted estimates. * **On-site supervision:** Visits at the beginning and end of projects to ensure work quality. * **Coordination:** Supporting daily coordination of the field team (workers and sewer technicians). **What qualifications do you need?** * **Education:** Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from vocational training (Building Construction, Civil Engineering) or **technical courses in construction / construction project management**. * **Training Agreement (Mandatory):** You must be able to sign a formal internship agreement with your institute or academy. * **Attitude:** We seek an alert, proactive individual with zero hesitation when speaking with clients and suppliers. * **Tools:** Basic Excel proficiency. Knowledge of AutoCAD or measurement software (e.g., Presto) is a plus. * **Mobility:** A valid Class B driver’s license is highly desirable. **What do we offer?** * **Internship terms:** A monthly stipend of **€400** for a **3-month** training period. * **Real hiring prospects:** This is the most important point. We are not seeking a temporary intern. Our goal is to train you over these 3 months so that, upon successful completion, you **join our permanent staff** under an employment contract as a Sales Technician. * **Practical training:** Continuous mentoring within a young, approachable, and dynamic team.
