Store Manager – New Store in Valencia Are you passionate about interior design, renovations, and customer interaction? We are looking for a **Store Manager** to lead the opening of our new store in Valencia. We seek a dynamic individual with a commercial profile, technical vision, and strong motivation to grow within an innovative project. What are we looking for? We seek interior design professionals with technical training and a passion for the renovation industry, results-oriented and motivated to improve daily. Main Responsibilities * Technical and commercial advice to customers. * Preparation and presentation of renovation budgets. * Sales closure and follow-up on economic offers. * Drive sales and ensure achievement of KPIs. * Supervise store quality standards and operational performance. * Create renders and visual proposals for customers. Requirements * Technical or commercial education in interior design, interior architecture, or related fields. * Experience preparing and selling renovation budgets. * Proficiency with rendering tools. * Commercial skills and negotiation ability. * Problem-solving, proactive, and goal-oriented profile. * Ambitious individual, passionate about challenges and teamwork.
