Job Summary: We are seeking an operator to insert nuts, rivets, and screws into parts, operating machinery and maintaining the work area. Key Points: 1. Daily responsibilities will include operating the insertion machine to securely fix components and conducting visual inspections to ensure all placements comply with established work orders. The position also requires handling parts according to given instructions and performing basic maintenance of the work area, including cleaning. Rotating shift work is offered, covering morning, afternoon, and night shifts. This is a temporary position, initially arranged through a staffing agency, with an estimated duration of one year, and potential for subsequent incorporation into the company. * Experience in industry or operation of similar machinery (desirable). * High concentration and attention to detail. * Manual dexterity and ability to handle small parts. * Meticulous, precise, and consistent individual. * Immediate availability.
