**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
------------------
At **Libelium**, we are seeking an Infrastructure \& Support Engineer with 3\-4 years of professional experience in a similar role.
You will be responsible for supporting the construction and evolution of our cloud and on\-premise infrastructure (AWS, OVH, and local servers), with a focus on containers and Kubernetes, while also providing internal technical support, applying networking knowledge, and using no\-code automation to improve both your own and other teams’ processes. You will maintain constant contact across the company (Support), Product, and Consulting teams (infrastructure requests, expiration management, cost reviews) — so communication skills matter just as much as technical expertise. This is a growth-oriented position: we seek someone with a solid foundation and strong motivation to progressively assume greater technical responsibility.
You will join the Digital \& Data department — the company’s technological engine: infrastructure, automation, data, and AI serving the business. We operate under a philosophy of continuous improvement and rapid iteration, and we seek someone eager to bring a modern infrastructure perspective to a small, high-impact team.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Deploy and maintain cloud infrastructure (AWS, OVH, Google Cloud) and on\-premise servers, including environments with Kubernetes and AI machines for internal tool consumption.
* Deploy and maintain internal corporate tools.
* Provide internal technical support across the entire company via our ticketing system (users, devices, access, incidents).
* Serve as the primary point of contact for Product and Consulting teams regarding infrastructure requests, project expiration management, and cost reviews — proposing improvements to communication methods and workflows with these areas.
* Automate infrastructure tasks: Infrastructure as Code, scripting, CI/CD.
* Apply networking knowledge (firewalls, routing, VLANs, subnetting) to contribute to maintaining the corporate network infrastructure, alongside the Security \& Compliance lead.
* Contribute to infrastructure cost management, tagging, and access control.
* Manage software licenses (SaaS and installed software): renewals, usage tracking, and cost optimization.
* Use no\-code/low\-code tools to automate tasks within your own and other departments when they add efficiency.
* Proactively propose technical improvements and help modernize our infrastructure practices.
**REQUIREMENTS**
* 3\-4 years of experience in infrastructure, systems, DevOps, or advanced technical support roles.
* Knowledge of cloud environments and services (AWS, OVH, Google Cloud) and on\-premise servers — we do not seek a cloud-only profile.
* Practical experience with AWS, OVH, and Google Cloud consoles — deep mastery of all three is not required, but hands-on experience with more than one provider and comfort navigating between them is essential.
* Hands-on Kubernetes experience (deployment, basic troubleshooting, container orchestration concepts).
* Solid networking knowledge (firewalls, routing, VLANs, subnetting) — equivalent to CCNA level or gained through experience.
* Scripting (Bash, Python) to automate repetitive infrastructure tasks.
* Familiarity with IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, or similar) — desirable.
* Experience providing internal technical support (tickets, incidents).
* Practical knowledge of AI and no\-code automation tools (N8N, Zapier, Make, or similar) — we do not seek someone who develops AI models, but rather someone capable of using these tools to automate processes, either for their own or other departments’ needs.
* Experience managing software licenses (SaaS and installed software): renewals, usage control, and cost optimization.
* Strong communication skills: this role regularly interacts with both technical and non-technical teams, not only infrastructure specialists.
* Proactive attitude: you feel uncomfortable leaving manual processes unautomated, and you don’t wait for others to tell you what to improve — whether in infrastructure, costs, or coordination with other departments.
* Eagerness to learn and grow technically — this role offers clear career progression within the team.
**PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS**
-------------
* Certifications: CCNA (networking), AWS Certified SysOps/Solutions Architect Associate, Google Cloud Associate/Professional, CKA/CKAD (Kubernetes).
* Experience with monitoring (Grafana, Prometheus, Zabbix) and observability tools.
* Prior experience in hybrid environments (cloud \+ on\-premise simultaneously).
* Experience with managed AI services on Google Cloud, AWS, or OVH.
* Prior experience automating processes with no\-code tools (N8N, Make, Zapier, AppSheet, etc.).
* Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field (not mandatory if equivalent experience exists).
### **What we are NOT looking for in this role**
This is not an AI development or data science role — training models or coding analytical pipelines is not required. We seek someone who knows how to use AI and no\-code tools as additional levers of efficiency — just as they already use scripts or IaC.
