This opportunity is open to any person meeting the required technical and academic qualifications, regardless of their personal circumstances. **JOIN GRUPO OSGA!** **Category:** Receptionist, administrative staff **What will your responsibilities be?:** * Broadcasting public address information messages to passengers. * Managing information regarding schedules, platforms, incidents, and service modifications. * Using the DENEVA system and applications provided by ADIF. * Coordinating with ADIF and other team members. * Handling incidents and urgent communications. **What are the requirements for this position?:** * High school diploma (Bachillerato), medium-level vocational training qualification, or equivalent/homologated degree. * User-level computer skills: Windows, Office, standard computers and peripherals. * Oral and written fluency in Spanish and Catalan. * English and/or French at minimum A2 level. * Clear and accurate diction. * Dynamic, organized, practical, responsible, and team-oriented individual. * Ability to concentrate, pay attention, comprehend quickly, and manage incidents. * Possession of a Disability Certificate indicating a disability of 33% or higher is valued. **Valuable qualifications** * Experience in customer service, stations, airports, transportation, switchboards, public address systems, or similar services. * Additional training in communication, customer service, languages, or railway transportation. * Availability to work rotating shifts. **What will your schedule be?:** * A 40-hour weekly schedule on rotating shifts: 4 working days and 2 rest days. * Monday through Sunday, including public holidays. * Morning and afternoon shifts between 06:00 and 23:00. **What type of contract will you have?:** Temporary contract with potential continuity based on performance. **What will your salary be?:** * As per collective agreement. * €000 gross annual salary paid in 14 installments + allowances **When do you start?:** Expected start date from 18 August 2026 **Where?:** Barcelona, Sants Station
