Your Mission: We are looking for a Hostess to join our team. Bring out your inner explorer and help our guests experience the most authentic Madrid. **What Will You Do Daily With Us?** * Handle telephone guest service, managing restaurant reservations and updating them accordingly in the computer system. * Manage potential events and special menus in the restaurant. * Report guest complaints, observations, and suggestions, addressing them promptly and efficiently in collaboration with supervisors. * Process payment orders and issue invoices.
