If you are an organized person with customer service skills and enjoy working in a dynamic environment, this is the perfect opportunity for you. **Responsibilities:** * Process customer payments efficiently and accurately. * Handle cash, card, and other payment methods. * Ensure correct issuance of receipts and invoicing. * Keep the cashier area clean and organized. * Provide excellent customer service, resolving inquiries and providing information. * Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth service during peak hours. * Perform end-of-shift cash closing and ensure proper reconciliation of revenue. * Answering phone calls. * Managing reservations. **Requirements:** * Previous experience as a cashier or in related positions (preferred but not mandatory). * Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team. * Friendly, responsible attitude with a customer-oriented mindset. * Availability to work rotating shifts (including weekends and holidays). * Good personal appearance and punctuality. * Knowledge of the NEO system is a plus. **We offer:** * Competitive salary. * Positive work environment. * Continuous training. * Opportunities for growth within the company.
