DESCRIPTION Our HOST at Basic-Fit is the first point of contact for our members. They welcome members with friendliness, kindness, and warmth. They ensure order and tranquility within the club and supervise the proper use of equipment made available to members. They assist current and prospective members regarding our services and facilities, providing both informational and structural support. The host always acts in accordance with Basic-Fit’s core values. FUNCTIONS Under the guidance of their supervisor, they will carry out, among others, the following responsibilities: * Enthusiastically and warmly welcome current and prospective members. * Sell and advise to contribute toward achieving set objectives. * Actively participate in club cleaning and maintenance. * Assist the club manager with administrative tasks. * Contribute to promotional activities organized by the club manager. * Ensure safety, order, and tranquility within the club. All performed with energy and a positive attitude to create the best atmosphere at Basic-Fit. PROFILE: * Cheerful and professional, with a strong affinity for sports and fitness. * An effective communicator, both written and oral. Customer-oriented, with strong commercial and interpersonal skills, and enjoys working in a team. * Flexible and resilient under stress. * English proficiency is always an advantage. CONDITIONS: * Working hours: 12 and 14 hours per week (option to work additional hours). * Contract type: Permanent. * Shifts: Two vacancies available: Saturdays and Sundays (and public holidays) from 8:00–15:00 (12 h), and Saturdays and Sundays from 15:00–21:00 (14 h). * Salary: Approximately €480–€550 net/month (additional hours paid separately). * Start date: 31/08/2026
