We offer you the opportunity to work **at one of our hospital centers**, alongside our colleagues from the Health\-Social division, in **Central Madrid (in the Diego de León area)** **What are we looking for?** As you know, by joining our team, you will have the chance to apply your culinary knowledge within center facilities. We are currently seeking a Cook (Healthcare). **What will be your responsibilities?** * Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes according to established recipes. * Manage ingredient preparation, ensuring freshness and high quality. * Maintain a clean and organized workplace, complying with hygiene and health regulations. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to plan menus and coordinate supply orders. * Monitor and control the quality of ingredients and prepared dishes. * Ensure all dishes are presented attractively and delivered on time. * Collaborate with front-of-house staff to guarantee efficient service and meet customer needs. **What do we offer?** * Temporary contract to cover vacations, up to 6 months \+ indefinite contract * **Rotating work schedule, Monday to Sunday, with two days off, and morning and/or afternoon shifts (7/9 – 14/16; 15 – 23\).** * Full-time schedule \- 40 working hours. * Immediate incorporation. * Salary according to the applicable collective agreement. * **Location: Madrid 28006\.** * The opportunity to join a passionate and committed team striving for excellence in every detail. * An inclusive and diverse work environment that values collaboration and respect. **If you are interested in joining our team, we invite you to submit your CV. Please stay alert and prepare to take the next step in your career journey with Serunion!** **Requirements:** --------------- * **Proven experience as a cook for at least 2 years**, **preferably in collective catering or similar environments.** * Vocational training specialized in cooking or equivalent. * In-depth knowledge of culinary techniques and/or workplace hygiene standards (HACCP). * Ability to work efficiently and manage personal time in a fast-paced work environment. * Personal vehicle and/or availability to commute to the workplace.
