Order all supplies. Replenish alcoholic beverages bottle-by-bottle. Communicate last call at designated closing time. * Prepare guest beverage orders according to specific recipes using measurement systems. * Deliver, open, and serve wine and champagne bottles. Balance the cash register at the end of the shift, complete assigned cashier reports, resolve any discrepancies, deliver receipts, and secure the cash register. * Ensure sufficient change is available for expected transaction volume and secure the cash register at all times. * Secure liquors, beers, wines, refrigerators, cabinets, and storage areas. Anticipate restocking needs and communicate them immediately. * Ensure staff work as a cohesive team. Assist management with hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching employees; serve as a role model. * Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete safety training and certifications. * Ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional. Maintain confidentiality of company-owned information; protect company assets.
