




Position Summary: Coordinate and personalize exclusive experiences for VIP guests, managing culinary itineraries and ensuring their satisfaction with professionalism and discretion. Represent the brand with elegance and service excellence. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Serve as the primary point of contact for VIP guests before and during their stay. * Design customized culinary itineraries, managing reservations and coordinating experiences across various outlets. * Accompany guests during key moments, ensuring every detail aligns with their expectations. * Collaborate closely with internal teams to guarantee a seamless experience. * Record and update customer profiles in the CRM, ensuring tracking of preferences and needs. * Handle inquiries, requests, or issues with empathy, discretion, and professionalism. * Represent the brand as an ambassador, conveying warmth, elegance, and service excellence. **What do we need from you?** * Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury hospitality, concierge services, or personalized guest care. * Excellent communication skills. * Advanced level of English. Additional languages are valued. * Familiarity with tools such as Opera, SevenRooms, or CRM is valued. * Flexibility to work afternoon shifts and during key service moments.
