**Positions Available** ---------------------- 2 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 2 Forest Supervisors to support forestry services in the province of Soria. **Work Location** -------------------- * Soria **Functions and Responsibilities** ---------------------- * Complete control and management documentation for the teams under supervision, including but not limited to daily reports, statistical forms, and any other documentation requested or provided by the company. * Responsible for transporting the team using all-terrain vehicles (ATVs) from the start to the end of the workday, both during fire suppression and prevention campaigns. * Ensure the unit is fully staffed with all required personnel. * The candidate must be knowledgeable about firefighting techniques and unit management in forest fire combat. * Deliver training on subjects for which the candidate is qualified; participate in and receive training on forest fire defense, as well as on any other topics falling within their area of competence. * Under the supervision of a technical specialist, participate in advisory and implementation activities for preventive silviculture works—including firebreak zones and strips, mechanical and manual clearing, removal of logging and clearing residues, access roads, water points, etc.—as assigned. * Supervise tasks carried out by personnel assigned to their team, within the scope of such personnel’s competencies. **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be substantiated either through evaluation tests and/or by attaching necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request at any time during the process documents verifying information declared in the application, as well as to request additional information from the CV whenever necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * Hold a Spanish Baccalaureate (Bachiller), Pre-University Course (BUP or COU), Vocational Training Level I (FP I), Medium-Level Vocational Training Cycle (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Medio/FP II), or Higher-Level Vocational Training Cycle (Ciclo Formativo de Grado Superior), or an equivalent qualification recognized in Spain or certified by the General Secretariat of Universities. ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Type B driving license **Merit Criteria (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * Occupational risk prevention * At least 2,000 hours of training in the forestry sector ### **Prior Experience** * Between 6 months and 1 year of experience in forestry work (professional or academic, verifiable via employment contract and/or employment history) ### **Other Meritorious Factors** * Availability to perform on-call duties and work weekends during the fire season **Observations** ----------------- * Applications will be accepted from today, 27/04/2026, until 04/05/2026 at 23:59 (Peninsular Time). A fixed-term contract of approximately 6 months is offered, extendable up to a maximum total duration of 12 months if applicable. Full-time schedule from Monday to Sunday on rotating shifts.
