Cleaning, preparation, and handling of fish. Assembly and disassembly of the stall. Maintaining hygiene and order at the stall. Cash handling and use of the cash register. Experience: 24 months. Minimum 2 years of prior experience as a fishmonger. Proficiency in fish cleaning and filleting. Experience as a butcher is also valued. * Temporary employment contract (3 months) * Full-time position * Gross monthly salary: 1900 * Additional relevant information: Fixed-term discontinuous contract lasting 4 months. Possibility of conversion to an indefinite contract based on performance; year-round work. Full-time schedule from 7:00 to 14:30. Mondays are days off.
