Braun**, we are seeking to hire a Field Services Technician residing in Málaga for the Technical Service Department. The primary mission will be to ensure maintenance, installation, and specialized technical support for electromedical equipment. **Responsibilities** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance and install equipment following protocols and quality standards. * Record interventions in Service Max to ensure reliable and complete data. * Provide specialized technical support; assist colleagues, technical staff, and healthcare personnel in equipment usage and incident resolution. * Cross-functional collaboration: work with commercial, marketing, and customer teams during critical situations; participate in demonstrations and continuous improvement projects. * Coordinate urgent services, advise on stock management and tenders, and propose improvements in planning. Ensure safety and risk prevention in all activities. * **Requirements** * Education: Higher Technical Degree (FPII), or Technical/Industrial/Biomedical Engineering degree. * Experience in technical service within electromedicine (dialysis, infusion, water treatment plants); experience in water treatment plants is highly desirable. * Knowledge of SAP, Service Max, and data analysis tools. * English proficiency level: B2. * Responsible and committed individual with a proactive attitude, problem-solving ability, customer orientation, capacity to work under pressure, and strong communication skills. * Availability to travel 50% of the time. * Occasional availability to work weekends or night shifts for scheduled quarterly or semi-annual preventive maintenance. * Residence in Málaga or surrounding areas.
