Event Animator / DJ for Hotel

We are looking for an Event Animator / DJ for a Hotel **4-star hotel in Arnes, Tarragona** We are a 4-star hotel located in a rural setting, near a small village and surrounded by nature. Many of our guests stay for several days and, although they enjoy the natural surroundings, we aim to offer them something more: lively evenings and experiences that make their stay unforgettable. Therefore, we seek to hire a dynamic, energetic individual to create and lead events—especially during the high season. What will you do on a daily basis? * Design, organize, and manage evening events for hotel guests * Act as DJ or coordinate music for evening events (themed parties, dance sessions, etc.) * Create a lively and welcoming atmosphere, engaging directly with guests * Organize board game nights and other social activities * Plan and coordinate bonfire nights with music and a relaxed ambiance * Organize themed parties, such as a white party * Coordinate snack/aperitif service during events * Propose new event ideas and refresh the hotel’s leisure offerings according to the season What are we looking for? * An extroverted, energetic person with strong interpersonal skills * Prior experience as an animator, DJ, leisure activity monitor, or in event organization * Strong communication skills and the ability to "break the ice" with groups and strangers * Creativity to propose new activities and sustain guest interest night after night * Basic knowledge of sound/DJ techniques (mixing, audio equipment, ambiance creation) * Ability to fully organize and plan events from start to finish * Availability to work afternoon/evening shifts, especially during peak season * Previous experience in hotels, resorts, or camps with tourism animation is a plus We offer * Employment at a 4-star hotel in a unique natural setting * The opportunity to develop your own event style and leave your personal mark on the guest experience Salary: €1,321.00–€1,878.80 per month Work location: On-site employment
