Currently, as a recruitment consultancy, we are seeking an **Electromechanical Technician** for our client’s plant in **Benifaió**. **FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance work orders. * Diagnose equipment and facility failures and malfunctions. * Perform mechanical, electrical, and/or electronic repairs on production equipment. * Record all interventions in the maintenance management system. * Minimize machinery downtime by responding quickly and effectively to incidents. * Comply with the established preventive maintenance plan. * Collaborate in the continuous improvement of processes and equipment. * Conduct shift handovers and report on pending or ongoing interventions. * Maintain the workshop, tools, and work areas in appropriate order and cleanliness. **REQUIREMENTS** * Minimum qualification: **Vocational Training (FP) Intermediate Level in Electromechanics, Electricity, or equivalent**. * Vocational Training (FP) Advanced Level in Industrial Maintenance or equivalent is desirable. * Prior experience in **industrial maintenance**. * At least **1–2 years of experience in the food industry or related sectors** is highly valued. * Knowledge of industrial mechanics and/or electricity. * Basic proficiency in computer tools. * Experience working with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is desirable. * Familiarity with food safety regulations and a forklift operator license are desirable. * Ability to diagnose faults, resolve incidents, and work autonomously according to level of experience. **What does the company offer?** * Stable employment at the plant located in **Benifaió (Valencia)**. * Annual gross salary between **€24,000 and €32,000**, depending on experience, knowledge, and autonomy. * Rotating shifts: + **Morning shift:** Monday to Friday, 06:00–14:00. + **Afternoon shift:** Monday to Friday, 14:00–22:00. + **Night shift:** Sunday to Thursday, 22:00–06:00. * Approximately **one weekend per month**, with prior weekday compensatory rest and 12-hour shifts as scheduled. * **23 days of vacation.** * Opportunities for professional and salary growth based on performance and increasing autonomy.
