The selected candidate will be responsible for the technical development and optimization of electrical installation projects, ensuring feasibility, economic efficiency, and continuous support to production. #### **Main Responsibilities** * Technical review and analysis of electrical installation projects to ensure proper execution. * Development of drawings, single-line diagrams, and construction details. * Calculation and sizing of low-voltage (LV) and medium-voltage (MV) electrical installations. * Planning of material requirements in coordination with Production and Procurement. * Preparation of technical comparisons and support in cost optimization. * Drafting of technical documentation and execution specifications. * Proposal of technical improvements and adaptation of projects to on-site conditions. * Technical support to Site Managers and Project Managers during execution. * Technical coordination with suppliers and validation of solutions. * Verification of regulatory compliance. #### **Requirements** * Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Technical Office or in the execution of electrical installations. * Experience in calculation and sizing of low-voltage installations. * Knowledge of transformer substations, electrical panels, and distribution systems. * Advanced proficiency in CAD tools and Microsoft Office suite. * Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a technical-economic mindset. * Residency in Mallorca or willingness to relocate to the island. #### **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in luxury hotel or residential projects. * Experience in international projects. * Knowledge of energy efficiency and renewable energy systems. * Prior experience in on-site construction execution.
