The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, preparing, and presenting meals, consistently ensuring food quality and safety. **We Offer:** * Full-time schedule: 40 hours per week * Shift pattern: short week (3 days), long week (4 days), rotating shifts, and alternate weekends * Salary according to the Communal Catering Collective Agreement **Responsibilities:** * Develop culinary preparations, ensure compliance with defined menus and technical specifications, and implement good practices. * Design menus and adapted diets. * Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure proper organization and workflow efficiency. * Supervise ingredient and material inventory, placing orders as needed. * Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations – APPCC recordkeeping. * Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks in the work area, and monitor the use of equipment, materials, and utensils. * Train new team members on company cooking practices and procedures. **We aim to make your experience agile, clear, and human-centered.
