Responsibilities include proactively monitoring the production line, performing basic quality checks, and collaborating to maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment. A responsible attitude, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team are required. The industrial environment is modern, and the team provides support from day one to facilitate integration. Prior experience in industrial environments is valued but not mandatory. Consistency, strong personal organization, and willingness to work rotating shifts are essential to sustain performance and well-being across all time slots. This role directly contributes to overall operational efficiency and achievement of the plant’s operational objectives.
