




Position Summary: We are seeking a Contract Administrator for VP Infrastructure, responsible for contractual strategy and risk mitigation in projects. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in claim reviews and change orders **What Are We Looking For?** We are currently searching for a **Contract Administrator** to join VP Infrastructure. **What Will Be Your Challenge?** Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop and implement the contractual strategy and mitigate risks arising from contractual administration, aligned with the approved exposure level. **What Will Be Your Key Responsibilities?** * Lead, together with Project Heads/Managers, risk analysis and definition of procurement strategies during tendering stages to ensure appropriate transfer of risk management responsibilities into awarded contracts. * Define, jointly with Heads/Managers, the allocation and delineation of contractual responsibilities and draft the tender documents (Invitation to Tender), focusing on procurement strategy aspects during tendering, to ensure no deviations exist between the defined responsibility assumption strategy and the contractual documentation in awarded contracts. * Ensure consistency between the specific conditions defined for the tender documents and the contracting conditions validated by YPF’s Legal Department (SSJJ), coordinating said corporate department’s participation where required due to exposure level and/or risk, to guarantee that contracts contain no contradictions between Specific Terms and Conditions and those validated by YPF’s SSJJ. * Participate in communicating contractual strategies and identified risks—as well as proposed mitigation measures—to various stakeholders across the organization, ensuring proper communication of risks and mitigation actions at required project approval levels (e.g., Board of Directors, Critical Investment Committee, etc.). * Lead, together with Project Heads/Managers, the development/modification process of pro forma contracts governing contractual relationships; and lead, together with the Project Head, negotiations of Service Contracts, Technology Contracts, and Major Equipment Purchase Orders during tendering, to ensure YPF’s exposure level in Service Contracts and Major Equipment Purchase Orders does not exceed levels previously defined and approved across various project validation stages. * Define the strategy for drafting, reviewing, and advising on project contractual communications (contractual letters, Service Orders, Company Purchase Requests), as required during contract execution and provisioning, to ensure contractual communications do not generate commitments leading to Scope Changes, contract modifications, or inconsistencies among themselves. * Alert the Project Head regarding emerging risks from received/sent communications and contractual commitment fulfillment during contract execution and provisioning, to prevent extra-contractual commitments or impediments to fulfilling contractual obligations. * Participate in reviewing Claims and Change Order Requests related to contractual matters, assessing claim merit and potential impacts on schedule and cost—considering precedents throughout the entire project lifecycle.
