Stable employment contract. **Job Offer: Accountant – Administration Department** **Company:** Vacation Marbella **Location:** Marbella (on-site position) A leading company in managing luxury holiday rentals on the Costa del Sol is looking to hire **an Accountant** to strengthen its **Administration and Finance Department**. We seek an organized, analytical individual with at least 5 years of accounting experience, capable of integrating into a dynamic team and a solid, growing company within the tourism sector. **Main Responsibilities** * Recording accounting journal entries. * Bank reconciliation and financial transaction monitoring. * Preparation and filing of tax returns. * Invoicing and payment tracking and control. * Preparation and analysis of balance sheets and income statements. * Support in monthly and annual accounting closings. * Coordination with external accounting advisors when required. **Requirements** * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience. * Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or related field. * Minimum English proficiency level B2. * Experience using accounting software. * Proficiency in Excel. * Analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in the real estate or tourism sector. * Knowledge of Spanish accounting and tax regulations. * Experience with ERP systems or advanced accounting software. * Interest in applying new technologies (AI) to the administration department. **What We Offer** * Join a well-established and growing company. * Positive work environment within a professional team. * Stable employment contract. * On-site position in Marbella. * Working hours: Fridays until 3:00 PM.
